Galaxy A5 2017 (A520) Proximity sensor not working after upgrade to Nougat 7.0

I personally use this maybe 1-2 a month. There is a paid version yet it never stops from functioning. Used it on my A5 (2017) the morning that I saw N was being downloaded & it has not given me any problems like some of you are facing now...
