Galaxy A54 signla issue with Tmobile

You can try resetting network in settings>general management>reset>reset settings this will delete saved WiFi password and Bluetooth devices also .
 
Does this happen everywhere you go, or is it only in certain areas? Have you checked with T-Mobile to see if the coverage in your area is poor, or perhaps there's some cell tower maintenance going on?
