Galaxy Active 2 watch extremely weak vibration notifications yesterday

Hi:

I just purchased a Galaxy Active 2 watch. Everything seems to be working except the vibration when receiving notifications is extremely weak ... to the point where sometimes I miss the text message or calls. If I can't fix it I need to return it since the vibration feedback is the main reason I bought the watch.

I have the Vibration set to "Strong".

I have the "Long Vibration" on. It's not very long.

I've changed the Ringtone vibration and they're all weak. It's currently set to Zig Zig Zig.

I have the band tight on my wrist.

Is this a known problem with this watch or is it a defect with my watch?

I don't know how to edit the subject but it should read:

"Galaxy Active 2 watch extremely weak vibration notifications" The word yesterday should be deleted. The problem has existed since I purchased the watch over a week ago.
