Galaxy apps

I've got an app called galaxy apps which I think use to be Samsung apps or something like that. In the app I press the 3 little lines in the top left & go to purchased & there is an update for the Samsung Hub but when I press update it starts then immediately stops. Any ideas why it does this or how I can get it to update please.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Make sure you have an active Samsung account, it should download then.

How do I check my Samsung account is active? I no it last synced in July 14th.

That would be "active" enough. Suggest that you go the Samsung hub in application manager and try updating there. There was a thread on another S4 forum that suggested that..
For me just setting up my S4 account did the trick. (I had done a factory reset a couple of days ago, and not yet setup the Samsung account)

Funnily enough I couldn't find samsung hub in application manager. So thought I'd go in to the Samsung Hub myself & when I clicked on samsung hub it told me there was an update which I new about so I pressed the update button & it updated fine. Think it couldn't update coz I hadn't entered the app before. Thanks for your help.
