I also have one blank screen as the fourth one for fiddling around.

-------------------------------------------------
Here's a list of what I consider my "core" apps.

Home app: Launcher Pro paid version
---
Browser: Dolphin Browser HD (with Adober Flash Player 11.1 also)
---
Music sync: iSyncr
---
To increase low speaker phone volume : "Volume+ (works well for the ringer and notifications, but I still find the speaker phone about useless for calls)
---
Notification light colors: Light Flow Light
---
Facebook conacts sync: HaxSync
---
Oh crap wheres my phone: Where's My Droid

I would consider those the core apps of my phone.

Don't mind the root apps included in my screen shots. I'm not rooted yet, but I plan on rooting soon so I just set my layout up with my root apps in there respective places.
--------------------------------------------------

I've had the phone for 3 days now and haven't run into any problems other than the dreaded low speaker phone volume which I peg legged with "Volume+", and the keyboard being laggy in landscape which come to find out seems to be a known bug.

I do have an "issue" where I can't add a swipe gesture or shortcut to my bookmarks & downloads since I am using Dolphin Browser HD (they take me to the stock browsers bookmarks & downloads). I think that's an expected "issue" though.

I love the phone though. It's day and night from my overclocked droid1 I came from. Although I do still get keyboard withdrawals I think they will pass with time. I think the phone will suit my needs for some time to come.

Cheers,
-Tyler

I've lurked around a bunch, so now that I've FINALLY got a home screen I really like, I thought I'd post it.

Nova Launcher
Spectrum live wallpaper obviously
SiMi clock
Transparent version of Google Music
Simple Text icons

White text against a black background just looks too good on this screen.

Nothing special on mine, more a simplistic setup. Running nova launcher that came with the foxhound rom. The pulldown menu is animated on this rom which is kinda cool.

Re: Galaxy Nexus Screen Shots! - Upload your here

plz provide name of app showing digital clock and weather forecast. is it wallpaper or do i have to perform actions?
larry

if this was directed towards me not sure but...

yeah it's beautiful widgets Home Clock - the big clock they provide.
The theme for the clock is SUKU ICS theme - there are 3 suku created ics themes, this is the light one- the other two are dark text and ICs-blue text (clock text not the weather info).

the weather skin for this clock is.... solid matte white theme . i think. there arent as many weather themes as there are clock themes soo. it wouldn t be too hard to find if i forget to check and get back to ya about it.

you dont need root or any wallpaper to do this. just beautiful widgets from the market.

btw i set the bw clock to no background = so you can see the wallpaper and just the clock/weather text.

Nothing at all special about mine...nice and simple which is how I like it. I've obviously made friends with folders, though.

Trying to keep it simple. Just stuff I use daily on my main home screen
