Galaxy Nexus update tomorrow? Rezound next?

What are you doing with your rezound?

He's going to use it for calls and data, when the Nexus doesn't have a signal. So he's going to use it like he always has. ;) Just kidding MrSmith, hope you like it, let us know if you get an update, so we can get the next rumor rolling.

Based on this headline about global phones I'd guess that A. like others have said, the hold up is on Verizon's end and B. That we'll get it once they get that worked out, whatever the issue is.

I always figured it was Verizon holding things up. At least the delay isn't just about adding bloatware.

I'm a device whore. I don't really care about the names. If I can't play with new hardware every so often I get a little loopy. I'll probably try a RAZR or SGSIII next...then you can really get on my case.

Tinker, flash & theme away, MrSmith. I couldn't fault you for picking one up. I'm waiting for the SGIII to fill my "shiny & new" fix.

I cant believe the Amaze got ICS before the Rezound. That phone never caught on from all I read and isnt sold in stores anymore, just online. I have one my fiance didnt like but not worth activating for an OS

Definitely seems rather backazzward if you think about it. Released before the Rez and gets official ICS before it, as well.

I personally haven't ever had a phone for more than a year. I rarely keep a laptop for more than a year if I can help it. Probably the only device I don't replace on a annual/semi-annual basis is the TV.

I kept my BB Curve 8330 for 3+ years. A great smartphone for its time and still better,as a phone, than a lot of newer VZW smartphones today.

Back to what I said earlier, the delay seems most likely due to Verizon working on enabling the phone and others as a World Phone. So probably some kink in their programming. Blame Verizon, I usually do.

Haha sounds like me! :-$
