Galaxy note 2 data cable

Today I have noticed that my note 2 stock charging cable has got only 4 pins (golden coloured) inside the male end of the cable connected to phone where as the one I ordered from eBay came with 5 pins.
Could someone kindly verify with your stock cable and comment here? Thanks in advance.
