Wow, the giant size of the Note just looks silly to me when being used out in public. It looks like you stole Andre the Giant's phone or something. On the other hand, the iPhone is boring and its screen is too small. I say go with the GSIII!

Ok, this topic hasn't had an answer for a while, the iPhone 5 has been out for a while and so has note 2 , here are my thoughts;
1) The gn2 is sooo much more capable in nearly every way, but if your a complete beginner with top end phones then it may do to much.
2) iPhone 5 simple , easy to use but same old
Locked system.
Now weeks ago I posted that apple are never having my money again , that still stands.how the mighty have fallen.

The Note is just stupidly oversized and I can't stand Samsungs flimsy plastic build quality and I hate TouchWiz.

I'm not crazy about the iPhone, but I can't imagine having a Note as my daily driver. No way.

For my money I am totally happy with the Note 2. Size is only an issue the first day or two, after that you wonder how you get along with smaller screens. Plus all of the other functionality makes the Note 2 a great unit.

But I will admit, each manufacturer makes a great unit and it comes down to personal preference.

Upgraded from an iphone to the note 2 and I have to tell you...it feels great! Love the phone size and the spen and installed apps.

Nexus 4. Hands down. Much better comparison to an iphone. IPS LCD screen, vanilla android, updates, speed, perfect size. Buy and and go to any carrier that can support it. You will not be disappointed.

Nope it is just overrated and overhyped. It is a device with few things going for it, but yet it is talked about like it is the second coming. It not only is bad on its own, but it sets a terrible example for future phones.

Tell you what. I will match the N4 with my s3 feature for feature and we shall see which gives more options and a more well rounded user experience.

I was sceptical at first but after using note for a year now ill never go back to iphone. Theres no such thing as oversized screen. More like a perfect size to me. I've never felt so comfortable when browsing websites and watching videos on my note. I had to use my ipad to watch movies because iphone screen is just too small.
I personally like Samsung approach on using plastic as note back cover. Its hard to break and light. but i have to admit that iphone back cover looks very sexy and beautiful.
