All I care about is next October when I sell this for 400 dollars on eBay between a little case like this and a temperd glass screen protector the phone is mint for whoever buys it. Then I go get my note 4. Lol

I am sure they will replace it & let you throw the other one away! I have 2 red ones & both are perfect. The fit is perfect in every way. The holster I mentioned in another thread that I will use with them was almost perfect. I had to heat up the side tabs 2 & hold them out a little & wha lah ... perfect except for the Neo a little long. The Neo Hybrid is actually a really nice case & perfect fit!

I sent two emails to Spigen inquiring about why my Satin Silver Neo Hybrid was held up, both remain unanswered. So this morning I sent a cancellation request via Amazon. Thirty minutes later I get a Shipment notice.....without a tracking code. What do you bet this was to prevent me from canceling the order and that they still sit on this for a couple more weeks?

I would let the order come .... it is really a nice case that fits absolutely perfect! I'm sorry I have 2 red cases .... wish I had a black one

Good reviews for the case for the Note 2 and S3/S4

Previous phones I have used the Verizon TPU cases and the shell/holster combo pack - used the TPU case and the shell holster. It works well. Anyone know if there is a similar holster available?

This was waiting for me when I got home. I am so glad I didn't have to go another day with a completely naked device and no holster. This is actually very well made and not slick. It has a similar textured leather look to it and it looks really nice. I am very happy with my $5 expenditure.

I am still waiting on my Spigen Neo-Hybrid and frankly the responses or lack their of by Spigen are disappointing. First their eBay store says they are IN STOCK, they take my order, process my payment, issue a tracking # 2 days later and from 10-3 to 10-5 when the order was placed and the tracking # appeared, NOTHING. I finally get an email after two emails I had sent and they say their eBay listing says this item can take up to 15 days to ship. I don't recall it being there, but eBay also showed my estimated deliver as 10-8, then 10-10 and now Spigen says 10-18 before it will even ship.

Their CS sucks, their follow up and follow through SUCKS and I told them if they can't ship the product in a timely fashion to cancel my order I will buy another case elsewhere. Incipio will gladly take my money.

That really sucks. I found out about the dollar deal from you and received my case Monday. Really sorry to hear there giving you a hard time when you have them business lol.

Ditto raptor, I was having the same issues, but just checked on Amazon. The thing mysteriously is in my town, ready for delivery, after 2 days ago spigen saying it should ship soon. It's weird tho, I have never been keen on a naked device since the blackberry days, but this one is growing on me.

More on my Spigen Neo Hybrid saga.

So they finally gave me a tracking number via Amazon and it's USPS. And per USPS, this left the Spigen facility a week ago and has yet to arrive at the USPS facility....in the same zip code.

Methinks I'm going to be waiting the 30-days with Amazon to cancel the order. And never again will I order from these guys.

I love my incipio case, I canceled my order from Spigen a few days back. It does add weight to the phone and I feel that it is very protected. Will try to post a pic later.

You can contact them via Amazon.com and ask for a cancellation, of course I did that with the Bounce case and it "suddenly" shipped so when it arrived I marked it return to sender and of course the tracking # was only good for one way to me and I can' track it or will ever know when it returns to them. I am pretty much kissing $17 off with shipping. My Neo-Hybrid order is pretty much going to be canceled and I think I will order from DX-Box legit or not they seem to actually DELIVER the product.

I got my $1 red Spigen Neo Hybrid Case yesterday from Amazon. It's a high quality piece... and fits really well. The only thing is... the phone feels noticeably bigger now. The size of the Note 3 itself felt perfect. Oh well... guess I gotta protect it.

If I find a slimmer case that still provides good protection I'll probably try that out.

Try the ultra slim or slim fit by spigen, I can't remember the name, but I had it on the s4 and it was great! Got my neo hybrid, and while it does add bulk, I'm happy to have something at least!
