Galaxy Note 3, doesnt ring or notify me of voicemail or caller...

Hi guys! I got a new Samsung galaxy note 3 and for some reason, its like I'm not receiving my calls or getting notifications. I have checked all my setting and notification options.

I would suggest calling 611 and having your carrier help you through the settings.
