Galaxy Note 5 OTA update fails

Have imported 2 Galaxy Note 5 to Austria. Both factory sealed. Out of the box both had set status to custom, Knox to 1. Hence OTA updates not working. How come and what to do ?

You have to Odin back the original operating system that came on it then OTA should be fine

Smart Switch may be an option to pull down a firmware update on your computer and then update Note 5 that way.

But you got screwed on your "new" phones. I would raise hell with the seller.
