Why Netflix don't work

Email Netflix - telling them which version of Android you're running - and ask them. It may not run on that version. Or, if you downloaded it any way but running Play on that Note 5, you may have gotten the wrong version of the app.

Is the phone rooted? I believe that Netflix will not work on many rooted phones.
