So, whatever calls I madr and e-mails I submitted this week will not get me any e-mail link? I need to call again? Really?I've been calling them, and they've been giving me call back times that were over 2 hours long. They've been transferring me back and forth between departments for a couple of days now. I finally spoke to someone about 20 minutes ago, and told them that I've already heard there's nothing that they could do, but I let them know I was disappointed with their handling of the situation. The rep put me on hold and spoke to her supervisor, and now, they're going to mail me a promo code in a few days to get the sd card and charger.
