Galaxy Note Edge won't Connect to LTE

I purchased a Galaxy Note Edge while I was in Hong Kong last month. Since Ive been back in the states my phone won't connect to the ATT LTE network. I can't get voicemail or onto the ATT 4G LTE network and all it can really do is make calls and send texts.

Anyone have any advice or suggestions?
