Galaxy petition

Alright, I've seen this posted at least half a dozen times today. I'd like to quickly point out that for many of us, it's not just a phone. It's a laptop, it's a PDA, it's an MP3 player, it's our gaming console, it's were we do most of our work, and yes. It's also a phone. The "It's just a phone" crap is annoying. Some of us, myself included, cannot function on a day to day basis without a fast, reliable mobile device.

You can continue using whatever you're using right now, can't you? It says there right next to your name that you have an Incredible and an iPad. I'm sure those will suffice.

Not much longer, no. As I've posted before, I'm going to be forced to buy a new device very soon as my girlfriend's phone is on its last leg. She gets my phone when I upgrade, and I'd really prefer the Nexus comes out before her phone dies so I don't have to settle.

That said, I do think the petition is a bit ridiculous. I was merely replying to that specific post.

I got irritated just reading the title of this thread knowing what's inside.
For people to choose a phone over a service is asinine. If you leave Verizon just because they won't release the Nexus, where do you go from here? No one else has the Nexus. Are you willing to put up with another carrier's crappy service and buy a Nexus online for $600 just to use it a few weeks earlier?

Did you really think this through? Everyone on here wants the phone as much as the next person, but come back to reality already.

Good, leave; less clog on the VZW network. Have fun on AT&T, you'll only drop a few calls a week and have 4G, well, eventually.

If we can get 100,000 signatures x 100$ a month = 10,000,000$ x 12 months= 120,000,000$ a year, I bet there stock holders will care.

And do unicorns exist, and poop marshmallow turds?

Even if you got 100000 sigs, 10 people might actually cancel I like your gusto, but the actuality of that happening is very slim to most likely none.

So complaining about a phone that isn't released yet because of bugs is the reason for this?
You would rather have a buggy device with a promise of a patch then it work right the day you pay for it?

Every phone has bugs. It never stopped vzw in the past I mean bionic, thunderbolt all launched with a ton of bugs. Atleast with this being a nexus updates will come fast rather than waiting 4 months.

OCCUPY VERIZON!

Where is the proof that it even has bugs?....its just more speculation and leaks that may or may not be accurate. I started to hear rumors of bugs weeks ago and if it was a bug or two I doubt it would still be a problem.

Oh. My. God.

Not to be rude, but, seriously people. Get. A. Life.

It's a phone. Instead of starting a petition about it that no one is going to care about, why don't you go do some charity work, or something, you know, USEFUL.
