You are now looking for 100,000 signatures from people who are sitting with an expired contract - people that are able to leave the network if the demand is not met. I'm not happy with Verizon regarding this phone, but their network is second-to-none. And they know this. So they will laugh off any "threat" until there is a legitimate option for people to run to.

People it's an effing phone. Honestly if you can't wait another 2-4 you have other issues. If you don't like how verizon is "treating" you take your money elsewhere.

Do I want the phone in my hands, yes. But i am all grown up and have the patience to wait.

Not trying to make fun of you but that really is funny! Hell Verizon could come out and say the GN has been cancelled and I would still stay with them. Sorry but having a network that works the best is better then having a great phone on another network.

I don't understand why people keep saying they are going to screw themselves if "so in so doesn't happen by said date". Makes no sense to me.

I have an expired contract, but I will not say I will leave. I stay for the network. I would sign a petition without that. I know VZW wouldn't care, but might make me feel better.

Alright, I've seen this posted at least half a dozen times today. I'd like to quickly point out that for many of us, it's not just a phone. It's a laptop, it's a PDA, it's an MP3 player, it's our gaming console, it's were we do most of our work, and yes. It's also a phone. The "It's just a phone" crap is annoying. Some of us, myself included, cannot function on a day to day basis without a fast, reliable mobile device. Can you really blame people for wanting their mobile device to be the best of breed?
