Okay so I've been reading about Straight Talk warning people after using as little as 2GBs a month, however it seems to be carrier specific. Sprint androids such as the Optimus Black seem to have very liberal data allowances (many threads I've seen show people using 10 GBs or more without a warning) while AT&T seems to be the most stingy. T-mobile seems to allow 2-4GBs. So now they have the Galaxy Proclaim which runs on Verizon. I can't seem to find anything on the internet about people pushing the invisible data limit on Verizon. Anyone know how much data you can use with the proclaim?

Straight Talk doesn't offer service through Verizon do they? I thought they were GSM only.

Hello. I have the Proclaim via ST and I haven't noticed any "data caps" as of yet. I really haven't "pushed" the mysterious "100/mb daily" yet (Only had Proclaim this month). But I will up the forums if I notice anything....FYI

OK, I have been in possession of my samsung proclaim for about 9 months now. The phone has been rock solid on the Verizon network through straight talk, although I did get throttled last month. I have been able to root the proclaim and install a custom ROM thru www.androidarea51.com

Overall the phone has been great, just wish the screen size was larger and camera was of higher quality.
