Galaxy S 8+ with a Random but Very Loud Noise

My Galaxy has a LOUD weather alert sounding alarm that goes off during the night.

There seems to be a second "lock screen" that has ads and I have to swipe out of before I get to my unlock screen. I believe the alarm is coming from whatever that is?

Looked for suspicious apps and didn't see anything. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! That kind of junk is often associated with 3rd party apps like "phone cleaners," file managers, galleries, and keyboards. Do you have anything like that installed?
