How do I get a Galaxy S iii mini to display caller ID on incoming calls

It's in your configurations of phone app, but if caller does not send their caller ID, you can't change that, obviously. Hm come to think of it - I think you can only change whether YOU send YOUR caller ID or not- please check @configuration of phone app
