Galaxy S10 Plus 512GB Ceramic or S10 Plus 128 Prism

Currently using an S9 plus. Planning on upgrading, though it was just the 1tb that was Ceramic. Still not sure whats a better choice. Not bothered about the bigger storage,
I guess the Ceramic will handle heat better than the and stronger but most likely will get a case. Is the Cermaic 512gb a better buy than the Glass back S10 Plus 128?

Any advice?
