i am new to Samsung , how do I get a song from google play music to sound picker so that I can use as a ringtone?

Welcome to Android Central! You have to download the song using your computer -- go to your Google Play Music library website and download the music there. Then transfer that mp3 file to your phone's /Ringtones directory. The problem with downloading a music track using the Google Play Music app on your phone is that it's intended for use by that app only, and you can't otherwise manipulate the file.
