Galaxy s2 skyrocket wont load passed carrier screen

hi i have a galaxy s2 skyrocket and today i was just on instagram and all of a sudden it just restarted. it came up and said samsung and proceeded to go to the ATT carrier logo but once its gets to that screen it doesnt do anything. it just stays on that screen. iv tried to take the battery out and put it back in and all that but to no avail... i have never had any problems with my power button what so ever so i highly doubt its a power button issue like iv read about many other s2 users.

i have very important work information on my phone and i really cant risk losing it. does anyone know a fix for this? any help would be greatly appreciated

Bump. I am having this very same issue. Phone won't boot past AT&T logo. Any solution?

Might wanna wait for some other answers but worse case a factory reset will dobthe job.
