Galaxy S2 Tablet Screen Issue

If that's happening in Safe Mode, then I think the problem is with the hardware. I don't think you have any other options besides bringing it in for repair. Sorry!

No worries. Do you think it is possible to test the battery by pulling the battery and trying to run the device off the charger at the same time?

Most devices don't work that way, I think.

I was able to get it to power up without a battery in the device and just run it off the wall charger. The same issue was present. The only other thing that I can think to replace is the motherboard/systemboard on the device. Any thoughts on this?

One thing that I did notice is a few of them that I found online say 16gb. The one I am working with is a 32gb version I believe. Does anyone know if it is possible to swap the storage between the two.

Storage is soldered on/tied to the firmware of the specific model, so probably not.

Also, I haven't seen the video (work doesn't let me) but if the flickering occurs during the boot screen then it's definitely a hardware issue.

Yea it seems to be hardware of some sorts. I talked to Samsung and they said that I can't move the HDD to another Motherboard. Everywhere I look it seems that the 32gb Motherboard is out of stock. Anyone have and ideas or recommendations?
