Galaxy S20 Launch = Complete FLOP !

Or the ones that post YouTube videos as some sort of proof that your device sucks, over your own experience.

So...because some Apple sheep on You Tube said my phone isn't worth it, it must be true!

For the most part, you tube reviewers are the worst. Seems almost always they tell you to sit out this years upgrade. On every phone. I rarely agree with a reviewer on what I think of a phone with me already using it.

Usually when they say sit out this years upgrade it’s if you have the previous years model, so from what I’ve seen they are saying if you have a S8 or S9 upgrading is probably a pretty good idea. If you have the S10 then you can probably hold off another year.

I have a S10 and I have not pulled the trigger on the S20 just yet even though I want too. I personally feel the prices were too high at launch. That being said, I think I can pick one up on eBay or Swappa for about $750 if I wanted to get one, so if I find that deal it’d be really hard to pass it up.

My niece and her boyfriend both had S9+ and she checked when the 20's came out an no good deals. Her phone screen is cracked. She looked again last week on Samsung's site and is now getting $250 for her cracked one and $400 for her boyfriends and they are going through Samsung for financing and getting Ultra's. I agree if you have the 10 which I have a 10+ it's not worth upgrading. I love my phone. I will be interested to see what is out next year but my husband said our phones are fine and it does do what I need.

Whether or not someone feel it's worthy upgrade is a personal choice. It doesn't mean it's not a worthy upgrade. Your phones will be fine next year and beyond regardless.

I know but once 5G is fully out I do want a 5G phone especially since we just changed our plans and they include 5G and it's cheaper through Verizon now than what we were on.

I'll say this, Samsung shot themselves in the foot with their marketing of the camera. Is the camera bad? To me? Yes, but only when it comes to my kids or people in general. Everything else the camera does great. One thing is for sure tho is that everything else about Samsung devices can't be touched by any other device. Their OneUI, Screen, DeX, Performance, expandable memory, Samsung Pay and other unique software features just can't be touched by any other smartphone. So if you're judging the $1400 price based on the camera alone then it's definitely not worth it. It's the package as a whole that makes Samsung worth the asking price vs the other flagships at or around it's price point. I try using the Pixel 4 as Primary and although it's a great device it has many features that fall short but it's also at a cheaper price point. The iPhone 11 Pro at basically the same price range definitely has a great camera, and right now my favorite, falls really short in just about everything else. iOS memory Management is a joke, notifications is a joke, file system is a joke, out dated phone app is a joke, system sound management is a joke, the list can go on. So if you don't take advantage of the full package Samsung offers then it's definitely not the device for you.

sorry, I'm thinking to buy s20, but now I don;t really see big difference between s10 s20.
What do you think?

That's right. There's barely any difference.

I'd definitely get the S10 and save money.
