I want to buy Galaxy S20 Unlocked (not the Verizon version that has less RAM and no microSD).
I don't care about 5G. In fact, I want to disable it since I heard Verizon may charge extra + this phone does not have all the Verizon 5G bands + many people complain about 5G being worse than 4G. And in any case, I don't need it - completely satisfied with the 4G speeds on my current Galaxy S10E. Just want to buy a newer model that is faster and has a better camera.
Will I be able to simply use this phone with LTE 4G? I am reading confusing and contradictory comments about the ability to choose the band on the Unlocked S20. Want to avoid any surprises.
