Galaxy S3: Android 4.3 for Kenya

What's wrong with samsung, they said they'll update it's almost end of month and they haven't updated 4.3 in Kenya, and they want to update it to Kitkat. Seriously!!

Just flash with Odin if you really want it so bad mate. It does not need to be country specific, I have 4.3 (Germany rom ) running on my s3 in Scandinavia.

Was the ROM that you loaded from the same carrier that you're on, or was it from a different carrier?
