Galaxy S3 cannot boot up.

So the device had root access. I was flashing recovery TWRP via flashify. And as it was going I dropped phone and knocked battery out. Now on boot it boots recovery with dead android red triangle no command. Is there any fix without PC access? I do have other unrooted phones if that's a possibility. TIA -Kyle

No. If you can boot to download, you can flash the stock ROM, then root, then flash TWRP. But you'll have to get it to boot first, and that means flashing a ROM in download mode.
