Galaxy s3 rogers Cyangenmod 10 help

Hi, I rooted my s3 today and want to install stable Cyangenmod 10 but I get an error called status 7. So I guess I need to update my cwm but how do I do this? Flash from odin? Also if you could give me the Google apps zip it would be appreciated

Flashing from ODIN would be best, make sure the file for Clockwork Mod will work for your device. I don't have the gapps zip, but it is easy to find. Also updating your drivers first would be a smart move.
