galaxy s3 your internet connection is unstable

6 months ago or something I have this message
I don't know what I did but after 2 days of trying I got rid of this message

now yesterday I reset telephone, and again I have this message now
I clear cache did many other things but still this message?
"your internet connection is unstable"

Is this on wi-fi or mobile data? If it's wi-fi, go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu, then Advanced, and make sure "Avoid weak connections" isn't checked (if that option is even available to you).
