[GALAXY S4] BUG THREAD!! Found a bug?

My wife's S4(Verizon) changes screen timeouts by itself. She has it set to 1 minute and it randomly( maybe once every couple of days) will go back to default minimum of 2 seconds. Anyone know why? or a fix? Thanks.

All the pre-installed apps that I'm sure pretty much no one uses?... I consider that a bug. It takes up so much memory, and that why they have to be able to put in an SD card... It's not necessarily an option anymore. Is there any possible way to delete these factory installed apps? They take up RAM and are always running in the background..

I have this issue since I got my phone. I did a factory reset hoping it fix it but nope. It still randomly changes the the time out to 2 seconds. The odd part of it now is that I happens less then usual but still a bug. Touchwiz has lots of bugs and it's what we have to deal wit.. Unless you go with a Google edition

My Sprint S4 is having a volume button issue. I just noticed it today, but when I try to change the volume using the button, the volume bounces up and then right back where it was. I thought the button was stuck or something, but when using the button to snap a pic in the camera, it all works like it should.

this could have been the reason i had the same problem...3000 plus photos on the memory card

Weird, I have about 40 pic on my s4 and the ones I take with the phone itself are stored on the SD card and mine still freezes and I get the grey square Tried clearing the cache and data but that didnt help

Okay, here's something that's bugging me.

In certain games, the text will sometimes become really blocky and unreadable, like every letter is outlined bold really thick. Every object will also have a black box around them like the transparency no longer works.

I restart my device, and it helps sometimes, but other times the problem persists.

I would like some advice on how to prevent this, and it'd be nice to know what's going on, too. Thanks!

Not sure if this is a bug. I've had the S4 for 5 days. Last night it froze, locked up with a black screen and only the clock showing. Nothing I could do would get into the phone. After a few minutes, the lock screen showed and I could get in, but then it did this several more times within 30 minutes. I have Juice Defender and Power Saver mode both working, could they be in conflict? This is the first problem I have seen with this phone

Has anyone else experienced the 'black clock screen' drop which kicks you out of browsing/gaming from time to time? Seems my 'Adapt display' setting, may be causing it...

My s view is smart enough to move the accept/decline calls up to the Window, but it disables s voice when closed. Defeats the purpose of bluetoothing s voice when in my pocket. Closing the cover puts it to sleep. End up having to open cover to use s voice. At that point its quicker to manually operate especially if using readback feature. If open and using s voice I can't close cover until s voice completes task or it'll kill the task. Is this operator error? Have a NC Verizon Galaxy S4 and Jawbone Halo and Samsung S view.

hi i have the galaxy s4 for 2 weeks and i have noticed with smart pause my videos are pausing without me even looking away this is getting very annoying as im trying to watch a film ect if i turn smart pause off i have trouble with it not working when i want it too
mine is on virgin media uk

Correct. You can't even roam on 3g unless you have a dealer line.

In my Galaxy S4, The system is not in mute but the phone doesn't play sounds even on apps. I also checked the settings wherein I can regulate the sounds coming from the system, media, etc.. but they are all max out.

I would really appreciate your help ;D

It is best not to rely on Smart Pause. Just pause the video with a press if you are going to be looking away.

I've noticed on my S4 if I have an incoming call on call waiting I cannot answer it. The screen doesn't freeze, it appears to be all functional actually. It just doesn't switch to the other line. I can reject the call just fine but I cannot answer it.

This is an S4 from Tmobile in the US.
