Galaxy S4 ... UI system failure notice, what is this?

galaxy S4 ..... UI system failure notice

Started getting "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped." what is this?? phone has become basically unusable... screen jumps from one screen to another without prompt... can't answer calls, etc.

First, try a Cache Partition wipe.

If no good, I suggest registering as a member and continuing to post feedback right here in this thread.
