Galaxy S4 upgrade button does not do anything

Hi everyone,

I have Samsung galaxy S4 GT-I9500 when I go to settings >> more >> about device >> Software update >> update nothing happens. I have not got a notification for new version availability and the i am still on 4.2.2. please let me know how I can upgrade my device.

What country and carrier are you on?
Unlocked or branded phone?

Example : I'm in the US on AT&T, branded phone.

The ota may have only been offered for a period of time. I'd suggest connecting to Kies and updating manually that way if the update is available for your model/region S4.

Im in india on Airtel. however lost the patience and updated from kies. I am on 4.3 now thanks.
