I don't see anything that says "Accounts" under Settings. Going into Settings gives me General Settings, myemailaddress@gmail.com, and About Gmail. There's nothing about accounts under General Settings, either. Help?

Hi,
I just got my new Galaxy S5 on Sunday. I figured it by going to Settings, email, manage accounts and add additional accounts (+ sign). Hope this helps!
I am trying to add an email account on my new Samsung S5 mini.
After entering my email and password it takes me to a page that says Authenticating and underneath that Type the text that you see here:
But there is no text??
Please help!
Ok.
I am setting up a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. I think I found the issue as I was having the same problems myself.
Step One - Go to Settings>Accounts
Add all your google accounts
Add all your email accounts and ensure to sign in at this point.
Step two - go to Email app and start configuring your accounts.
I found that I was always going to be unsuccessful if I didn't add and sign into my google accounts first. This may also be required for Yahoo or other webmail type services, I don't use these, but it may be worth a shot. I have been trying for 2 days to sort stuff out.
You may also need to check the server ports and POP/IMAP details for your service. I use Google and I found this for Gmail by logging into Gmail>Settings>Forwarding to POP/IMAP.
Here you will find the server settings required to access email on a mobile device for Gmail users.
Both of my incoming and outgoing servers were set to IMAP natively on the phone. Incoming is POP, outgoing is STMP. Check this also, it could be this is the simple fix you need.
Downloading emails is a pain in the email app. I don't like the Gmail app so much.
I hope this helps as I can now see recent emails that I couldn't before.
