I thought free 2 day shipping was standard for everyome?

Ordered black from AT&T on 3/29. It shipped this afternoon but I forgot to get overnight shipping so it's going via usps?!? There isn't any tracking info available so I have no delivery date. Hope it arrived before the weekend. If anyone else got usps did you get a delivery date?

USPS is showing Wednesday for me.

My brothers black S5 with ATT has shipped via UPS. It will arrive Thursday.

FYI, the authorized ATT store my phones are being sent to will not allow me to pick them up early since they are no allowed to break the street date.

I ordered on AT&T Premier Sunday evening (April 6th). My white S5 shipped today (Fedex) and is supposed to arrive on Thursday....

Same here. it's all goofy with it being a pre-order. technically they're not allowed to break wide release. in-store pick-ups wont be allowed until the 11th.

Just thought I would share this...I just looked at the AT&T site to see about ordering another S5 for another line on my account, and it now says shipping April 10th. Turns out pre-ordering before today was the way to go if you wanted to order online and get it for launch

I have to disagree. My ATT store, where my phone is being shipped, told me they will let me pick up the phone on the 10th, the day it arrives.

This link says that ATT did not require a signature. If so, this is good because I will not be home during delivery. And, mine is coming USPS, so I cannot let them take the delivery back, or it'll be after the weekend before I get the phones.

Can anyone else confirm that the deliveries do not require a signature?

My Verizon one just popped up and said order is being processed, so assuming it will ship tomorrow or Thursday with overnight shipping, it was free with order for some reason

Mine is also coming USPS. I want to say it does not require a signature as it only has $100 insurance on it. When I had shipped stuff in the past if I added more than $100 in insurance it would require a signature.

I guess we will find out tomorrow! I have my fingers crossed it doesn't require a signature as I'll be at work.

If you miss a usps delivery, you just go to the office and pick up.

Finally got updates on mines. I pre-ordered 2 phones from AT&T. The 3/31 order shipped out 4/07 with 4/09 delivery. My 4/07 order shipped out today with Thursday delivery. Both are FedEx 2 Day. Getting excited!! I hope everyone is getting some good news!!

I went to the Samsung store and bought an S5 yesterday for my girlfriend.

I opened it up at home and was shocked to see it only came with a USB 2.0 charging cable and no USB 3.0 cable.
