Galaxy S5 s health app not working/solution

Hello,
I had this same problem and found the solution on line. Just go to setting, application manager, look for the s health app and clear cache. You are done. No risks. Good luck

Unfortunately, for me, that didn't work. I get an error 4002 "Product does not exist in this store". I called Samsung and they said they want me to send my phone in for examination. I can't do that as I must have it at all times for emergency reasons. I guess I'll just have to do without the S Health App.

S health on my Galaxy 5 has stopped working after the latest android update and having Facebook messenger app installed. FB messenger install also seems to affect screen rotation. If I uninstall the FB messenger app and then S health resumes counting steps and the screen rotates. I install FB messenger app and S health stops counting steps. I am guessing they are competing for some of the same resources or something. Anyone else experiencing this?
