Galaxy S5 temp questions!

For the past a month my phone has been heating up more than usual. No overheating warning or random restarts. I played hearthstone and other graphic intensive games and my cpu temp spikes up to 75c then goes back to 60c+ (using Cpu Temperature Pure). I started using the app when I felt that the device is getting hot. I am a noob at all of this and I want to know is the app giving me the right numbers? Any other way that I can check if my device is having hardware problems? Thanks!

75 celcius? Man thats super hot. Try to bring it to the carrier to ask for replacement if you are under warranty

Samsung service center has my phone now and they said they will change the board and the battery. Any good apps to use to check my phone once I get it back?

Just an update. They replaced the board and the battery and the temp still spikes to 70c+. Any ideas? I badly need some help with this. Thanks!
