Galaxy S5 Weird noise when taking video

So when I take a video on my S5 it makes like a slight hiss/air blowing noise. I've tried recording with headphones in and it doesn't make the noise anyone know how to fix?

If you are using a case, try to remove it?

I have no case on I've even tried to remove the back cover and still makes the noise
