Galaxy S6 Active Camera Failed, how can I fix it?

Galaxy S6 Active Camera Failed

I have a very new S6 active (few weeks old) every time I open the camera I get camera failed and it force closes my camera. I have followed every step I can find from clearing the cache and data under applicable settings to wiping the cache under android recovery options I'm still getting this issue. Can someone please help me.

Try Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app may be causing trouble.

I wonder if it's an app that you may have disabled that's causing it. If I remember right, on my Galaxy 3 if you disabled Paper Artist it caused gallery to crash everytime you tried to open it. The camera would fail as well.
