It's stock TouchWiz, however I have Awesome Icons installed so they all look different.

The clear search bar was a widget from Nova Launcher. If you have a Nova Launcher installed it should appeared under "Quick Search Bar".

Gmail unread counter is also a setting in Nova Launcher but you will need an app called TeslaUnread plugin installed as well. I ditched Samsung TW as soon I got home from Best Buy.

You can get even more search bar customization with an app called "custom ICS search bar" available for free in the Play store. It allows you to define the colors you want for the search bar frame, the microphone and the word "Google."

Wow thanks. I don't mind Touchwiz as much this time. Just hate the cartoony icons. This solves that problem lovely
