Hello, I have a Galaxy S6 where the touch screen became completely unresponsive during use. All solutions I have seen are either to reboot the phone, delete the cache or ultimately do a factory reset from the recovery screen. None of those solutions worked and now the phone is frozen on the welcome screen after a fully charged factory reset. Do you think this is likely hardware or could it still be a software issue? Everything else works including the soft buttons on either side of the home button. Frustrating :) Thanks for your time.

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably a hardware problem involving the touchscreen. You'll have to bring it to a repair shop to further diagnose it.
