Uninstall Webview updates in application manager. Works fine once again.

This solution worked for me a couple months ago, but the issue started again today. The solution doesn't work, as I don't seem to have an "Uninstall" option now. I can only Force Stop and Disable, but those don't seem to work. My issue is now on my work (Exchange) email client and the stock Gmail client. Texting, etc. is fine. Any ideas?
