Galaxy S7 facebook app not showing pictures in landscape mode?

I have beem havimg this issue for quite some time now, some pictures in the Facebook app don't switch to landscape mode when i rotate my phone. I am using the latest version of the app off of the play store. But sometimes i come across pictures that do rotate, I don't know why that is. I tried the set orientation app and that fixes the problem but it should work without a third party app.
