Hey all. Got my new s7 and there a list of faults I have, trying to troubleshoot the problem.
Mica don't work - neither of the 2 record sound. Don't record sound whilst filming, sound recording and a caller cant hear my voice.
Receiver doesn't produce sound - when making calls, I can't hear the person speaking, unless on loud speaker.
Headphone dock fault - headphones produce zero sound when plugged in, however they are registering as being plugged in as audio stops coming from the speaker. It also makes the mic (which doesn't work) pick up lots of noise.
Contacted the department to probably send it back, just wondering if anyone would have an idea of what this could be.
Tried factory reset, doesn't appear to be a software problem
