First time I've ever had the rear camera glass break on a smartphone; unfortunately, it's my new(ish) GS7. T-Mobile customer service, both at the store and on the phone, say it'll be a $175 deductible to get them to ship me another S7. But, the gentleman at the store said that some of the places that replace screens also will replace the rear camera glass. I also see repair kits online and YouTube video walkthroughs.
Has anyone broken the glass on the S7 or something similar? Is it worth it to try to repair it, or get it repaired, myself, or just send it in with $175 and get another unit?
