Galaxy S8+ hangs when trying to download Apps from Google Play

Hi Everyone,

I seem to be having an ongoing issue with my S8+ and I cannot figure out how to fix it. Many times during the day I will try to download an app or a game and it will not start the download instead it says "Download pending' If I try to cancel the download and re-try it, it does the same thing.. The only fix I know how to do is to reboot my phone. I'm rebooting my phone at least five times a day due to this ongoing bug. I've reset my phone 4 times too trying to figure out what is going on.. Anyone?

You'll get a download pending if the phone is busy, your data or wifi is busy, or Google's servers are busy. I would quit resetting the phone. You could try Settings, Apps, Apps Manager and find the Play store. Do a force stop, clear cache and clear data. Exit Settings and reboot (not reset) the phone. That may help also.
