I doubt so. I disabled completely bixby with package disabler and I assigned a new function to my bixby button.

I could get about 10 hours sot if i just sat here on the phone for 10 hours straight. Took an hour to use 10% just web browsing and playing games.

There has to be a way to reduce google services without disable location ( i like to have gps location on photos). Someone can share a few tips?

You can disable google location history but still have Google now working. I did this and it helped my battery life alot

I've done that a long time ago but I still can't pass the 4 hours sot mark ! So so frustrating

I don't understand why the difference is so big with the rest of the user. I swear I can't see any other explanation than that they are paid by Samsung for their reviews hahaha ! !!

I have Google now running. All location stuff on etc. I only disable the goodies if there is problems. I easily get 5 to 6hrs SoT without trying. Even have screen at QHD. I'm also in a good signal area most of the time fyi

I cannot complain at all... I notice that different themes affect battery life... Get the themes are are a smaller size download and those won't affect ur batter as much as those that are a larger size... Idk if it's just me but it's something I've noticed

Here's some life with only using about 3.5 hours of WiFi. The rest is 4glte YouTube and browsing on screen usage. This battery is sick!

Holding on strong to 8-9 hours screen on time. For a phone with only a 3500mah battery, The battery life has been stellar. Let's hope a new android system or google play services update doesn't destroy it.

Black DOES use less, but I'm speaking specifically of themes. If an app has a dark mode, I use it. I use the darkest wallpaper possible. I change my Verizon Messages+ and Textra to have dark backgrounds. None of those decisions force more resources on the phone like a theme does.

I don't understand how this is possible. No matter what I do i can't get past 4 hrs. That's less than half what you get and I turn off most features to try to save battery life. If only I could understand what we do differently.
Anything you can thing of ? Do you use social medias such as Instagram ?

Wifi definitely uses less power than LTE.

I just got my VR today and it definitely runs cooler and battery drains slower than the note 7 did.

Still on the phone since last post. Holy crap! This is my best life I've ever gotten on a phone to date. I can't believe this honestly.

Check this out. Auto brightness. High performance mode on. WiFi and 4glte all day for on screen use. YouTube, Amazon and a lot of web browsing. Sync on. Notifications on for most. Location off.

The only thing I changed is I went with a pretty much black theme. Crazy as hell.
