I doubt so. I disabled completely bixby with package disabler and I assigned a new function to my bixby button.was it Bixby being active in the background and causing the drain ?

You can disable google location history but still have Google now working. I did this and it helped my battery life alotI really can't tell, but if i find something, i let you know and vice versa.
There has to be a way to reduce google services without disable location ( i like to have gps location on photos). Someone can share a few tips?
I've done that a long time ago but I still can't pass the 4 hours sot mark ! So so frustratingYou can disable google location history but still have Google now working. I did this and it helped my battery life alot

I don't understand why the difference is so big with the rest of the user. I swear I can't see any other explanation than that they are paid by Samsung for their reviews hahaha ! !!Yes, that´s my current settings. Still, no more than 4h sot.
I easily get 5 to 6hrs SoT without trying.
I cannot complain at all... I notice that different themes affect battery life... Get the themes are are a smaller size download and those won't affect ur batter as much as those that are a larger size... Idk if it's just me but it's something I've noticed

Thanks for sharing this info. I though black would use less but I guess not.Learned my lesson with the S7 Edge not to use themes. Tried to "black" my phone out with a bunch of themes and the themes were hogging resources and killing battery. Haven't touched themes on the 8+ and don't plan to with as good a battery life as I'm getting.

Black DOES use less, but I'm speaking specifically of themes. If an app has a dark mode, I use it. I use the darkest wallpaper possible. I change my Verizon Messages+ and Textra to have dark backgrounds. None of those decisions force more resources on the phone like a theme does.
I don't understand how this is possible. No matter what I do i can't get past 4 hrs. That's less than half what you get and I turn off most features to try to save battery life. If only I could understand what we do differently. Here's some life with only using about 3.5 hours of WiFi. The rest is 4glte YouTube and browsing on screen usage. This battery is sick! //uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170428/fcb032042e0a3d04c026128a3f8bb9a0.jpg
Wifi definitely uses less power than LTE.So if your on constant wifi v. Constant LTE, which would make your battery last longer?
