Galaxy S9 - "Drag to add buttons" in notification shortcuts not working?

[Android Central Question]

I just got the Pie update, everything's all fine, except I can't add shortcuts to the notification bar. I pull down the notification bar, swipe down again to extend the shortcuts, tap the three dots, tap "Button order". Here I can reorganise the buttons and even remove some shortcuts, which then are shown at the top, where it says "Drag to add buttons". However, I cannot drag these, they're totally unresponsive. Tapping, holding, dragging doesn't do anything. What am I missing here?

Have no idea. I just tried it and it worked fine.

Working on my phone as well. Make sure that you are holding it for a second or two, before you try to drag.
