Galaxy Tab 2 blank screen with leggo block in the middle.

When I get a pop up screen it just has a small leggo looking block in the middle. This just started recently. What causes this?
I have checked settings but no help.

Some app requires Adobe Flash. Download from Adobe Website. Search the archived apks. There seems to be a preference for versions .17 to .20
