Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 JellyBean 4.1.2 (stock) - Not able to delete a manually created folder from menu.

Hello,

I am running JellyBean 4.1.2 stock rom on my Galaxy Tab 2 P3100.
I created a folder in the menu. Now when I try to delete it by long holding on it and dragging to 'Remove' bin. It simply wont go away from menu.
Could it be a possible bug?
