Galaxy Tab A: Wallpaper keeps moving down and creates black bar on top of screen.

Whenever I use the tablet in a horizontal position, the wallpaper moves down a bit and leaves a black bar on top of the screen, about an inch wide.

It does not happen vertically and it sometimes only happens after a few seconds in horizontal position.

Why does this happen? How do I stop it?

Does this happen with any wallpaper, or only certain ones? Are they custom wallpapers or preinstalled ones?

I first noticed it with the wallpapers of the Microsoft Launcher. Whenever I chose a wallpaper or let it change them automatically, the newly chosen wallpaper would cover the screen fully for a few seconds and then move down, creating the black bar.

I uninstalled Microsoft Launcher and now I have the same effect with what I assume must be the default wallpapers.
